Our story

Happy Belly Grazing started out of a passion for good food and improving the lives of people suffering from IBS. In clinical practice, I saw many of my clients display food fear due to the anticipation of symptoms. They would frequently ‘accept the consequences’ due to the limited availability of FODMAP-friendly foods, especially when eating out socially.

While low FODMAP supermarket options are certainly improving, I noticed a severe lack of fun food options for people with IBS, particularly in restaurants and catering.

This drove me to provide a service for those in need, and in combination with my passion for food and gut health, Happy Belly Grazing was born!

Cheese and fine foods are a main feature of my life, so much so that my wedding ‘cake’ consisted of wheels of cheese!

Happy Belly Grazing was founded by Evangeline Mouratidis, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian.

Evangeline completed a Master of Dietetic Practice and Bachelor of Health Sciences, and went on to complete courses in the ‘Low FODMAP Diet for IBS’ (Monash University), sports nutrition, and functional medicine (IFM).

When she’s not playing with food, you’ll find Evangeline working on
Happy Belly Fibre developing low FODMAP prebiotic supplements.
