By placing your order, you are have understood, consented and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

PLACEMENT OF ORDER AND PAYMENT

Grazing boxes
Grazing box orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the intended time of delivery or pick up. It is possible to place an order within the 48 hour window but this is subject to availability.

To confirm an order, full payment must be made by bank transfer.

Orders where the payment has not been received at least 24 hours prior to the arranged delivery or pick up time will be cancelled.

Grazing tables
Grazing table orders must be placed at least 14 days prior to the event. It is possible to place an order between 7-14 days prior to the event, but this is subject to availability.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit payment is required for orders over $1000.

Full payment must be made by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you need to cancel your order, notice is required at least 7 days prior to your event for grazing tables, and 48 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time for grazing boxes, otherwise the entire amount paid shall be forfeit. You are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to your event for grazing tables or 48 hours for grazing boxes.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Grazing box orders are available for pickup from East Melbourne, Victoria 3002.

Delivery within a 10-kilometre radius from East Melbourne, Victoria 3002 will incur an additional $10 delivery fee. Delivery within a 15-kilometre radius from East Melbourne, Victoria 3002 will incur an additional $15 delivery fee. Delivery within a 20-kilometre radius from East Melbourne, Victoria 3002 will incur an additional $20 delivery fee. Deliveries outside said radius may be available for larger orders, at seller’s discretion.

CONSUMPTION / NON-LIABILITY FOR RISK 

All products must be consumed within 3 hours of delivery or pick-up, as per existing government rules and regulations if not immediately refrigerated. If the grazing box is immediately refrigerated and kept below 4 degrees Celsius, we recommend consuming within 24 hours for both health and safety, as well as product quality/integrity.

Consumption of Happy Belly Grazing products beyond this period will be at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any negative outcomes. 

Products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. While all attempts are made to minimise risk of cross-contamination, products may contain traces of allergens.

Happy Belly Grazing is not liable for any resulting injury or sickness for failure to comply with above recommendations and guidelines.
